One truck, and a lot of Edmonton lawns.

We started in 2014 with a used mower and a flip phone. Twelve seasons later we look after more than 500 properties — and we still run it like the reputation depends on every single one, because it does.

Our story

We built the company we could not find.

Dan Rowe grew up cutting grass on his dad's acreage outside Beaumont. When he bought his first house in Edmonton in 2013, he did what everyone does — hired a landscaper. Then a second one. Then a third, after the second stopped answering the phone in July.

The work was never the hard part. The hard part was finding anyone who did what they said they would, on the day they said they would do it, for the price they quoted. So in 2014 he bought a mower, printed 300 flyers in Riverbend, and started building the company he had been trying to hire.

Twelve seasons on, there are five crews, a shop off 101 Street, and a snow fleet that runs all winter. What has not changed is the rule we started with: show up when you said, charge what you quoted, and leave the property cleaner than you found it.

Work with us

What we stand on

Four rules the crews do not break.

Show up on the day

Your service day is fixed. If weather moves it, you get a text before you notice — not after.

Quote it, then honour it

Written pricing before work begins. If we underestimated the job, that is our cost to eat, not yours.

Leave it cleaner

Every clipping blown off, every gate latched, every trailer swept. The site is spotless before the truck moves.

Say it straight

If a job is not worth doing, or we are not the right crew for it, we will tell you and point you somewhere better.

The crew

People you will actually see again.

Average tenure on our crews is over four seasons. That is unusual in this trade, and it is the reason your property gets looked after by someone who already knows where the sprinkler heads are.

In their words

Why people stay with us.

★★★★★
“Our lawn had been patchy since the builder sodded it. They aerated, overseeded and put us on the fertilizer program — one season and it is unrecognizable.”
Kyle B.Windermere, Edmonton
★★★★★
“Called four companies for a hydroseed quote. Summit was the only one that came out, walked the grade, and explained why the slope had to be fixed first.”
Anne-Marie L.Acreage, Parkland County
★★★★★
“Driveway is done before 6:30 every snowfall without me ever having to call. After two winters of chasing our last guy, that is a genuine relief.”
Ted W.St. Albert

Service area

Edmonton and everything within about 45 minutes.

Our routes are built tight on purpose. Clustering properties by neighbourhood is how we keep service days consistent and pricing sane — and it is why we would rather say no to a job two hours out than take it and be late all season.
