What we stand behind, and for how long.

Workmanship — settling, joint separation, and base failure — for five years from completion on any patio, walkway, step or retaining wall we build. If the surface moves because of how we built it, we take it apart and rebuild it at no cost. It does not cover damage from vehicle loads the surface was not designed for, or from someone else excavating alongside it.

Trees, shrubs and perennials we supply and install are warrantied for one full growing season. Bring us a photo, we replace the plant. The exception is plant loss from not watering — we leave a written schedule for exactly this reason, and it is the one thing we cannot control after we leave.

Guaranteed to establish, provided the watering schedule we hand you is followed. New lawns need light water two to three times daily for the first two weeks. If it establishes patchily despite correct watering, we come back and repair it.

Parts carry the manufacturer warranty, typically two to five years. Our installation labour is warrantied for three years. Freeze damage to a system we blew out on schedule is on us; freeze damage to a system where the blowout was declined is not.

Call or email with photos and your address. We will come look at it, usually within a week. There is no form to fill in and no fine print to argue about — if it is our workmanship, we fix it.
